In addition, Worry-Free Bookings™ does reimburse your guest a prorated portion of the booking if the guest needs to leave before the departure date due to a blizzard or severe winter storm that would affect their transportation.

With Worry-Free Bookings™, your guest is eligible for a 100% reimbursement minus the Worry-Free Bookings™ fee if the guest experiences a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle taking them to the booking 24 hours or less before the arrival date that prevents the guest from attending their booking.

In addition, if the guest suffered injuries from an accident involving the vehicle taking them to the booking and are unable to attend the booking, the guest would be eligible for a 100% of reimbursement of the booking as well.

Once the guest does arrive at your property, Worry-Free Bookings™ will provide a prorated portion of the booking for the days that the guest was not unable to attend.

Required for Reimbursement:
A letter or note from the guest's commanding officer or line manager to confirm being recalled to work or duty and that it was not their original schedule. For unexpected work relocation, we require a letter from the guest's current employer confirming the relocation details

The documentation shows why they could not attend the booking and can be in the form of:

- A positive COVID-19 infection test that includes the date and time the test was taken
- A doctor's note confirming the details of the illness and the date it occurred
- The doctor's note confirming the details of the pre-existing medical condition or pregnancy complication and the date it changed
- A death certificate or other similar medical certificate
– Picture or Screen shot of transportation ticket and notice of delay or cancellation
– Picture or Screen shot of weather event involving rain or snow which can be verified by the National Weather Service (using NOAA) data
– Police report or home insurance claim
– Letter from commanding officer or employer
– Letter of court summons or jury duty
